About me

Hello, my name is Mohammed, and I am deeply passionate about the transformative power of therapy. My own journey through psychotherapy has profoundly shifted my worldview, teaching me that healing is not only about the mind but also about what the body holds. I believe that true change comes when we work with both mind and body to release pain and move toward growth.

Over the years, I have worked with charities supporting individuals facing addiction and anxiety-related challenges. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing a safe, compassionate space where people can explore their struggles and begin to heal.

My approach

Integrative training

I draw from both psychoanalytical and person-centred counselling, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs.

Mind–body connection

I pay close attention to how emotional pain manifests physically, helping clients reconnect with themselves holistically.

Ethical practice

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework.

Why Adeo?

Adeo comes from the Latin phrase meaning “to come towards.” At Adeo Counselling, this reflects my core belief: therapy is a journey of moving closer—to yourself, to understanding, to growth. Life often pulls us away from our inner truth, leaving us feeling disconnected or stuck. Adeo invites you to come towards what matters most: your authentic self, your emotional well-being, and your capacity for change. Through a compassionate and reflective space, we help you explore the patterns that shape your life, uncover deeper insights, and move towards a place of clarity and resilience.
